I am constantly developing my technical skills and discovering what I am interested in painting.

My work has included:

Large landscapes, some have delved into the expression of aspects of the body.

Conflict , tyranny and war and ways to overcome its crushing closure of hope.

Female bodies in abstract and surreal settings – exploring how to integrate inner and outer feelings and dimensions.

Trees, mountains, self portraits, life drawing and abstraction.

I am usually surprised, sometimes confused and occasionally delighted by what unfolds. I have learned there is no substitute for putting in the time, being thoughtful and bold and critiquing my work alongside tutorial and peer support
